Rick Delaney is a life member of TREA. He was a member of the committee that chartered Chapter 94, Warner Robins, GA, in 1999. He also served as their first President. He moved to Las Vegas, and joined Chapter 84, and served as their President from 2002-2005. He returned to Warner Robins, and rejoined Chapter 94. He served as their President in 2007 and 2008, and currently serves as their Vice President. He stays actively involved in community activities, including participating in RADs, delivering VOICE magazines, and TREA's JROTC Program.

This is Rick's first National office, although he has served on several National Committees. He will be chairing the Five Year Plan.

Rick enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1965, and retired in 1989.

Rick and his wife, Pat, reside in Warner Robins, GA.
