Charlie Flowers was born January 5,
1945. He served in the US Air Force for over 21 years. Charlie is a member of Chapter 3 where he served in several offices. Charlie has served on the National Board since 1999. He has served as a Director, 3rd Vice President, 2nd Vice President and National Parliamentarian. He was elected to 2nd VP at the 2007 convention. Charlie was elected as National President at the 2008 National Convention, and re-elected in 2009. Charlie currently lives in Denver, CO. |
