Registration Form, click here ******************************* Airline info: TREA has negotiated discounts with Northwest Airlines and United Airlines for Convention participants who fly to Rapid City. Book your ticket at least 30 days prior to departure to take advantage of the best discounts. United Airlines will offer a 7-10% discount for travel from September 18-30, 2009. You must make your reservations with the United Specialized Meeting Center at 1-800-521-4041. The TREA discount cannot be used online for United Airlines. The United Airlines group code for TREA is 586KF. Effective May 14, 2009, United Airlines will charge $20 for your first checked bag and $30 for your second checked bag when you check in at the airport. If you check in online, you will save $5 ($15 for first bag, $25 for second bag). Please visit www.united.com for more information on this and other United Airline policies. Northwest Airlines will offer a 5-7% discount for travel from September 17-30, 2009. Make your reservation at www.nwa.com or by calling 1-800-328-1111 (a $20 non refundable ticketing fee will be assessed for tickets issued by Northwest over the phone).
