TREA BYLAWS

Bylaws and Standing Rules Committee:  This committee shall review and may modify and/or consolidate proposed amendments to the National Bylaws and Standing Rules as prescribed in Article XIV, Section 3, which must be submitted on TREA Form 100-16.  The committee shall make recommendations to the Board of Directors, and Board recommendations to convention delegates, on all timely submitted proposed amendments.  The committee and/or National Board of Directors may propose amendments to the bylaws and rules at any time – for approval as prescribed in Article XIV, Section 1a and 2a – providing advance notice is given to chapters at least 30 days prior to the first day of the convention.

If you would like to submit a proposed amendment to TREA's Bylaws and Standing Rules, complete TREA Form 100-16 and return to TREA HQ by March 31, 2010.
