Bylaws and Standing Rules Committee: This committee shall review and may modify and/or consolidate proposed amendments to the National Bylaws and Standing Rules as prescribed in Article XIV, Section 3, which must be submitted on TREA Form 100-16. The committee shall make recommendations to the Board of Directors, and Board recommendations to convention delegates, on all timely submitted proposed amendments. The committee and/or National Board of Directors may propose amendments to the bylaws and rules at any time for approval as prescribed in Article XIV, Section 1a and 2a providing advance notice is given to chapters at least 30 days prior to the first day of the convention.

If you would like to submit a proposed amendment to TREA's Bylaws and Standing Rules, complete TREA Form 100-16 and return to TREA HQ by March 31, 2008.
