Marvin Stout has been a Life Member of TREA since 1984. He is a member of Chapter 53 in Palmdale, CA, where he has served as their 1st Vice President. He has served as TREA's National Treasurer since 2006.

Marvin enlisted in the U.S. Air Force in 1940 and retired in 1966. He has worked in the Tax Service Industry since 1971.
