Jul 5 Tour Departs: World War II–Revisited from Normandy to Berlin, Escorted by WWII veteran Dr. Brooks Ranney and his wife Vi, this 12-day tour planned for a July 5, 2006 departure and will fly into Paris, then visit French cities of Carentan, St. Mere Eglise, (where a special ceremony will be held honoring our Veterans), Utah Beach, Pointe du Hoc, Omaha Beach, St. Lo, the Palace of Versailles, Paris, Compiegne and Rheims. Other tour highlights are Luxembourg and the American Cemetery where General Patton is buried, Belgium with Battle of the Bulge areas and then into Germany. Cologne, The Remagen Bridge, a Rhine River cruise, Weimar and the Concentration Camp at Buchenwald, Dresden and Berlin conclude the tour.
