National Convention was held in Rapid City, South Dakota, July 19-23, 1988, the theme of the convention was "Saluting A Golden Future." Officers elected/appointed:

October 19, 1987 New Headquarters were dedicated – President George Carnes, Founders George Skonce Dean Sorell and Auxiliary President Marietta Hall joined together to celebrate the opening of the new TREA Headquarters in Aurora, CO. The new office space was the top floor of the Lowery Credit Union Building.
