As of June, 1991 TREA membership includes 52,858 members and 9,735 TREA Auxiliary members.

Denver, Colorado Mayor Welington Webb proclaimed July 22-27, 1991 as "The Retired Enlisted Association Week" in the city of Denver. Aurora, Colorado Mayor Paul E. Tauer proclaimed July 21-27, 1991 as "The Retired Enlisted Association Week" in the city of Aurora.

Convention highlights included a ribbon cutting ceremony at TREA National Headquarters building in Aurora, Colorado on July 27, 1991 at 8am.
